Default Beretta CX4 Storm in California

Is the Beretta CX4 Storm available in California? Or is it an "assault rifle" and all that?

You also have to install the included extra spacers on the buttstock to increase the overall length of the rifle to the legal minimum length.

cant be 100% at this point, but i know a while back prince 50 (bulletbutton.com) was working on a bullet button for the carbine. might be a good place to start. and yes, you would have to get the stock spacers to cover oal.

There was a thread like 2 days ago with the same question.

There is a BB out there or you can fill the thumb hole. If you can find a BB go that route. Filling the thumbhole is a bit of work.

If you find the other thread you can see pics of CX4 with a filled in stock.

I have one of these.

It was sent into CA with the BB installed as well as the buttstock spacer.

I use the Beretta fake can for the OAL now, instead of the spacer.
