Default Advice on a featureless AR-15 build.

I just started DROS on a new receiver so I figure I will start planning out how I am going to build this next AR. My last AR-15 is SPR'ish with top tier components (most of the rifle is LaRue). This next one I don't have that requirement. Because of this, the dang thing with optics feels like a tank (11lbs with optics and no mag/ammo. Optic is 23oz extra)

What is most important to me are..

1. Featureless.
I have a bunch of pre-ban mags I want to be able to use. I will probably end up with a Solar Tactical kydex grip rap, U-15 or MMG. Either way, this requirement will be covered and I can use a standard mag release.
2. Weight.
I want this to be on the light side (as light as I can get without buying plastic crap).
3. Not break the bank.

With this said I am wondering what stock some may recommend? I could do an A2 which would be fine, but I was also considering a collapsible stock (pinned of course) if that might be a lighter option. I am also considering a LMT or BCM upper in 14.5" carbine and then attaching a muzzle brake to reach the 16" barrel requirement (and OAL of 30"+). I'm thinking Magpul MOE handguards, standard LPK with standard single stage trigger.

I guess what I want mostly from anyone here is has anyone weighed the parts out and can tell me going with a standard 6 position collapsible vs A2 vs another stock which is the lightest? What about weighing handguards or various uppers (I expect the upper receivers to be within an ounce or two of each right, but maybe I'm wrong). Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks
